Our precise DEEP CRYOGENIC process creates a denser, more uniform grain structure that allows heat to be dissipated more quickly and evenly. This tighter molecular structure also increases strength, wear life, and cycle fatigue life.

Successfully treated parts include: engine parts such as pistons, cranks, rods, and cams; radiators, gears, axles, brake rotors, calipers, brake pads, clutches, friction disks, transmission gears and shafts.

The following examples demonstrate the benefits of deep cryogenic treatment to automotive parts:

Brake Rotors (Cast Steel) - can crack, vibrate, and operate too hot. Deep Cryogenic treatment will eliminate built-in stresses and refine microstructure, enabling the rotors to dissipate heat more quickly and evenly. It also reduces micro cracking and vibrations, increases wear life, and improves stopping.

Engine Components - can break, wear rapidly, and retain heat. Deep Cryogenic treatment will eliminate built-in stresses, refine microstructure, increase torsion strength, and enable components to handle extreme loads and run cooler. It also helps eliminate cracking and breaking; increases wear, cycle fatigue life, and horsepower; runs cooler.

Drive Train Components - can twist splines and drive shafts and wear gears rapidly. Deep Cryogenic treatment will stop twisting and strengthen shafts and splines, extending the life of gears and gear shafts.

Engine Electronics - Deep Cryogenics extends life of spark plugs and spark plug wires, and makes coils run cooler.
